Project Overview
I co-founded Cosmic Velocity in 2022 and built it into a London service design business with a reputation that punched well above its size, pouring all my learning from previous roles of heading up top UX and Research teams in London. Four years brought us many wonderful clients across travel, finance, healthcare, education, rail, maritime and femtech.
I led the studio: pitches won, contracts negotiated, teams hired, P&L owned, MSAs redlined, suppliers managed, conference stages booked, training programmes built and delivered. Profitable from year one, with healthy margins, doubled revenue year on year with no initial investment.
I built it to be inclusive by design, rigorous by default, and honest with clients in a way most agencies aren't. But the bravest thing was realising when the conditions had changed, and knowing the work I'm here to do had outgrown the shape of the company we had built.
So Cosmic Velocity became DRĄSA studio: a company rebranded, repositioned and restructured around a clearer idea of what we do best: deep research, product design, innovation and coaching.
DRĄSA carries forward the experience, relationships and body of work my team and I built at Cosmic Velocity, but with a different model for what comes next.
It was filled with fun and engaging exercises — a valuable and enjoyable experience for all of us.
